Homekey Hacienda

Project Description

The Hacienda Heights Homekey project, specifically 7th Avenue Village, will convert a former Motel 6 into 145 units of permanent supportive housing. The project involves converting 143 rooms into studio apartments, plus on-site management units, offices, meeting spaces, and community areas. The total square footage of the project is 41,706 SF. Each unit will be approximately 200-300 square feet.
