Project Description

The new community provides 65 affordable apartment homes to seniors ages 62 or older. Twenty-one apartment homes are set aside as permanent supportive housing for unhoused seniors or seniors at risk of becoming unhoused. A 1,500-square-foot community center serves as a hub for events, supportive services and programs.
