Valencia Vista

Project Description

Valencia Vista is the first phase of a larger revitalization development for the greater Arrowhead Grove neighborhood. It provides 76 units of high-quality, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families in the heart of San Bernardino. The project includes a 2-story building with 16 units and a 3-story building with 60 units, along with a manager's unit.
