The 327 Harbor Apartments, a housing community in the heart of San Pedro in the City of Los Angeles, will offer 47 apartment homes for individuals and families earning between 30% and 80% of the area median income (AMI). The community is being developed by the One San Pedro Collaborative, a partnership between National CORE, Century Housing, the Richman Group and the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. The 327 Harbor Apartments will be an energy-efficient building that will achieve LEED certification and reduce utility costs for residents. Amenities will include a community room, landscaped courtyard with seating, a children’s play area, fitness room and supportive service offices. The 327 Harbor Apartments is the first off-site phase of development allowing for the redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro, an aging 1940s era public housing site. The redevelopment of Rancho San Pedro into One San Pedro, a modern mixed-income, mixed-use community will feature a variety of housing types, community parks, neighborhood serving retail stores, and improved pedestrian and bicycle mobility.
