Project Description

This new development will provide 340 high-quality apartment homes for individuals, families, and seniors earning no more than 80 percent of the area median income. Of the 340 homes, 92 will be reserved for seniors 62 or older, 245 homes will be targeted towards low-income families and individuals, and three homes will be for onsite management.
