Project Description

Prisma Loft Apartments will provide 75 new apartment homes to families and young professionals who wish to live in the heart of the historic City of Pomona and within walking distance of the city’s bustling downtown arts scene. Located at the corner of Mission Boulevard and Palomares Street, the community will offer 12 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom and 21 three-bedroom apartment homes in addition to 15 live/work lofts. Of the 75 apartments, 11 will serve residents with developmental disabilities. The Hope through Housing Foundation will provide enrichment services for all residents and coordinate with the San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center to deliver specialized services for developmentally disabled residents. Prisma Loft Apartments will promote walkability, being located less than .75 miles away from the Pomona Transit Center. It will be a hub for multiple Foothill Transit, Omnitrans and Metrolink lines. Passers-by can also admire the community’s 800-square-foot gallery space, which will be available for showcasing community artwork. Residents will also have access to lounges on each floor, a courtyard and private balconies.
